The Evolutionary Linguistics Association (ELA) is an organization basically concerned with two main goals:

1. organizing events, like summer schools, conferences, etc.
2. developing an on-line open access Journal that will publish articles in the domain of Evolutionary Linguistics.

To participate in activities organized by the ELA, you are asked to become member of the Association, free of charge. This membership gives you free access to the forthcoming Journal (to be launched in December 2009), discounts on future events, and allows you to stay ahead with latest news and updates.
